Love the info you share!
Keep up the great work!!!
Ive been carnivore for about 22 years and i can tell you this, even after all this time eating almost 0 carb, i usually always find exercise improves insulin resilience.
Thanks love it
Let’s get healthy and happy 💪🤗!
Already part of my daily routine
Push Pull Legs every other day split
I really think you should start a challenge Dr Berg. Not even so much a diet challenge, but something almost everyone could do to get better as a whole. Whether it be through exercise, meditation related, daily routine related, and eventually through what they eat. Asking or convincing someone to go on a diet or change the way they eat as a lifestyle is asking a lot. But asking them to change one thing about their life in a positive way is a step…which usually leads to other steps. Huge fan here by the way ✋🏼Appreciate discovering you
Why do you think changing your diet is the most difficult?
@@justine3769 I’m full keto right now. But for some people, it is difficult. Most people don’t even know about all of the unhealthy foods out there.
@W.O.P.R Changing diet is the most efficient and easiest. You can’t out-exercise a bad diet. And with diet, you can also start slow. For example, instead of going full keto right away, you can start with avoiding/limiting junk food, takeouts, restaurants, processed food and start homecooking low-carb food.
Thank you Dr. Berg! I’m trying to build fitness reserve, heart rate reserve and muscle for GLUT4 receptors as I declare war on dysglycemia.
Another reason to have fitness reserve is if you unexpectedly fall and able to save yourself with the strength you have built up over time.
I was 65 and tripped over a stupid rock embedded in a sidewalk and fell face first. By the grace of God and having kept up my arm strength, I caught myself in a push up position and literally saved my face from becoming one with the concrete.
It pays to have fitness reserve. And I’ve been a vegetarian since 1991. (Allergy to animal flesh and doc recommended the diet). Even vegetarians can build up fitness.
If you can help me find a way to work on my nervous system I would be greatly appreciative. Thank you.
