That’s cool! When I started taking cardio seriously, I thought there should be a government program where you could potentially win a great price like a lottery for increasing your performance. And so potentially increasing the general health of the population.
With the VO2 max test, does it have to be a real one (i.e. one completed in a science lab) or can it be a predicted VO2 max (as estimated by a smartwatch)?
