  1. I watch every one of your videos every morning Siim! Thanks for sharing this great health information with us all. Maybe on one of your up-and-coming videos, you can share with us your eating habits mainly timing of meals!

  2. i’ve been sleeping and eating freely since 2008. i tried all the possible combinations. i love be awaken when the city is sleeping at 4 in the deep night, it has healthier air to ventilate the house. i also like to take sunbaths at sun noon, especially on winter when the rays are weak. i love to take pictures of the sunset and or sunrises when pink.
    as long as i sleep enought i am completely flexible and changing the biorhythm constantly, depending many variables like quality of air, the effort in gym, if i had stomach gases then i would sleep 7 hours later, if i am lazy i would eat later, if i had sex it wakes me up, i don’t believe that scientific studies has been done to free people like me, i don’t believe that thing about circadian rhythms and longevity. you must take in account that the society considers rude to those who don’t follow the pattern. it is a enheritance from the nuns and christianity in general considering daytime lifestyle the proper way to do. but aren’t human crepuscular hunters? i don’t have to work. i don’t have kids to leave at school, i don’t need to follow any time schedule, any timetable, i am free since age 28 and i am 45. i’ve been free and i have way better halth than average. i just woke up, it’s 5 in the afternoon here in spain. my “day” begins now. there is no way you could scientifically proof that i would have even better health if i didn’t do batman lifestyle. in the night there is less noise pollution, less air pollution, less people in my two hundred thousand city hence less chances to get respiratory contagious. it feels like a town in the night from 3 to 5:30, how would i miss this? sometimes i sleep in 2 or 3 partitions, and i am not sure if i respect that days has 24 hours. the only reason why i watch the clock is because sundays shops are closed, otherwise i am not friend of kronos the god of time.

  3. Also, skipping breakfast can damage the gall bladder and/or lead to gall stone formation. If you are going to do so called intermittent fasting, it’s best to eat breakfast and front load your calories to early in the day.

  4. Cold water therapy doesn’t have any long term data to show it can extend lifespan. Famous people like Wim Hof and Joe Rogan look considerably older than their chronological age.

  5. The early bird ‘gets’ the worm is the expression in English. It doesn’t ‘gut’ the worm..although I guess it does that too.
