Great video Thanks!
If only this was tried before all the silly drugs…..
Super interesting seeing the mechanisms of how all of this happens. I hope this information becomes more mainstream.
Another superstar for the lineup!! If this message gets repeated and repeated— surely it will get heard! Thank you for your work.
Wow wow wow! Brilliant presentation.
Would love something similar on when Long Covid meets a LCHF intervention.
Metabolic intervention seems to cure any condition the epigenome influences.
Exciting possibilities for mental health improvement!
I don’t know about keto but fasting saved my life. Went from 200kgs to 90 in one year with barely any loose skin. After 5 years I’m keeping myself at 75kgs with little effort: just no fructose, 10% carbs from veggies and 50-50 animal/vegetable protein.
this entire talk, specifically the science behind mitochondrial dysregulation, has been established by Dr. Thomas Seyfried in his book “Cancer as a Metabolic Disease: On the Origin, Management and Prevention of Cancer (2012)” and the overlaps of Prof Zoltán Sarnyai and Dr. Seyfried are in perfect agreement. I wish these people would speak to eachother. Dr. Sarnyai links the mitochondrial dysregulation to schizophrenia and bipolar disorder, Dr. Seyfries links it to cancer. There needs to be much, much more research in this area.
Congrats on reaching 500k subs, *_Low Carb Down Under!_*
Great talk. Can’t wait to see study results.
Would love to know what schizophrenia type behaviours the animal displayed.
Really interesting. I am only now realizing the impact of diet on mood.
