Keto friendly brownies keeping you big as hell
Japp så är det.
Thank you Dr. Berg
Thank you for this valuable information 🌷
Anytime I see “keto friendly”, I avoid it
They count that as carbs though on the label, right? So how many carbs is it? If there’s only a few grams, is it still that egregious? Because a few grams of maltodextrin is still better than 10+ grams of sugar, right? Just wondering how much to weigh everything.
Maltodextrin has a higher glycemic index
@@leviluikart977 I understand that. My questions still stand.
Did not know maltodextrin was so bad. Thank you
OMG 😮😮😮😮 please make sure you monitor your blood sugar! Very important!
They meant Keto Fraudly
Your The Best!!
Thanks Dr. Berg ❤
I appreciate your support! Glad to help!
The food industry always finds ways around regulations.
Sugar-free candies are also deceptive advertising. They have more calories than a similar candy made with sugar.
Not always, but theyre worse for gut health regardless.
The moral of my story is “Don’t eat processed food.”💕
To call it that is very sneaky by the manufacturers. Just look it up and although some sites associate it with maltodextrin, you have to include maltodextrin and one medical site says tapioca starch is an alternative to maltodextrin which makes it out to not be maltodextrin. Very confusing and sneaky
In the UK if it says keto friendly but isn’t, that’d be illegal as false advertising.
I like how Dr. Berg has the balls to call out product/companies without even bothering to sensor the names😎
Why do we as free citizens allow people and companies to lie right to our faces?
Gosh I cant keep up with these secret ingredients. Like yes, its on the label but they try to decieve you on purpose. Makes me so angry. So glad we have people like Dr. Berg.
Thank you Dr. Berg! Yep – read the ingredients – they’re very sneaky!
Keep making the shorts Dr. Berg
