  1. Love your videos Dr Berg. I started intermittent fasting 2 weeks ago, I feel better already. Lost 5 lbs, not much but Im trying. Things I think is OK, I learn they aren’t. I feel confused with foods that are OK and ones that aren’t. Of course the obvious I know. I would love a video specifically that addresses foods and meal planning. I was addicted to soda and sugar, so its not easy. Thanks for all your help.
