  1. Everything you have just said is 100% true and yes I take magnesium at night and truely have the best nights sleep having between 7 to 8 hours and waking up really refreshed 😊

    • I would like to watch a video in regards to what to wear to the gym and if it makes a difference when trying to lose weight….I see people at the gym wearing so many different types of clothing from plastic sweat suits, to double layers, and some wearing almost nothing at all 🙄 Thank you!   2. I had a partial hysterectomy almost 10 yess ago so I was in hot 🥵 flash nightmare for a long time & a slip and fall accident soon thereafter so I was on tons of meds and a few surgeries. I stop taking my hot flash pills & several meds & immediately starting fasting and my weight is coming off. I’ve never had an issue with being overweight in my lifetime. I’m happy things are going in the right direction.
