  2. I remember your video on ancient rib injury flaring up years later, happened to me. Was WTF!?! 🤬 Eventually went away SLOWLY 😮

  4. Having ankylosing spondylitis . I Feel so much stiffness in the ribs with all kinds of inflammation all over, just not able to take a full breath until & unless done consciously.
