    • I need 70 more off. I lost 30 and I am at a stand still. I am 59. I am trying keto. I love the food ideas. I am disabled and my husband walked out 2 years ago leaving me with having to get food stamps only. No cash coming in. I am fighting disability and I don’t get enough to get all the foods I need. The protein shakes I want to do so badly are too expensive. I am trying to figure out how to lose without the help of smoothies. I want to wish you good luck and I am praying for you.

  4. I love how real you are and don’t hold back about telling your journey. Me after my second child I was at my heaviest 250 and I’m only at 5’2. And it took me from 2016 to 2023 to lose exactly 100lbs. But ever since then my weight has been up and down. It’s hard mentally. Because I still feel as though I’m not thin enough when I look at myself in the mirror 😔. I still have the stretch marks on my arms from when I was 250 and everyone knows those don’t go away. That’s why I’m soo self conscious about showing my arms because in my mind it’s just a reminder of the person I once was and I hate it 😔🥺
