  2. Siim, a few months ago you talked about trying to get into the Rejuvenation Olympics with your 0.62 score. Would love to hear an update about it 🙏

  3. What about fasting and naturally regulating your human growth hormone your thoughts on that are still good, I hope???

  4. Longivity 2024: As a European, 2 years ago, my chances of dying were in the following order: Cardiovascular disease, cancer, Alzheimer’s… Today it is: A headshot from a russian, a nuuk..

    • Hmm if it can revert quickly then it’s just masking the signs of ageing. True age reversal once done should have a lasting effect even if you totally came off of all supplements, we would expect it to decrease by around one year every year

    • @@david-jr5fn meaning you have no capacity to maintain it without due diligence. As soon as you stop the effort the body breaks down very quickly to a naturally depleted state.

    • @@sgill4833 Ok I was refering to the biological age reverting rapidity back to what it was as soon as you stop taking supplements etc, meaning that true age reversal was never actually achieved

  5. Advance glycation end products is produced when free glucose and free protein are oxidised to form this insoluble junk that the body cant breakdown. I often wonder if we should separate eating sources of protein and glucose in the same meal to reduce the likelihood of having raised sugar levels and protein simultaneously. If you think about it no animal on this planet does this, you dont see an animal eat meat and then immediately eat loads of fruit, even amongst omnivorous the consumption of high sugar and high protein sources is separated by a considerable amount of time. It would be interesting to measure AGEs in animals and compare it to humans.

    • I have been consuming one protein shake and one meal a day, fasting daily for 22 hours, and working out six days a week before the creation of YouTube. 💪🏋️‍♂️

    • Food combining theory is so cringe.. glucose from starch is absorbed in the stomach and it reaches the bloodstream in a matter of minutes, while the absorption of proteins (the same with fats) happens in the intestines and starts at least an hour and a half after eating. By the time fat, be it in chylomicrons or triglycerides, starts circulating in the blood, glucose and insulin have returned to basal levels ages ago. And it’s even more nonsensical to try to make a similar reasoning with protein since the intestines regulate their flow based on amino acids availability in the bloodstream in order to maintain a steady flow throughout the day independently of how much time passed since the last meal, so the only way to avoid sugar coinciding with protein is by either not consuming starch at all or waiting a day without consuming protein.

    • It depends how fast you walk and your size. For most people, 2000 steps equals a mile. Average person walks a mile in 15 -20 minutes. So if you’re average, 10,000 steps would be completed in 75 minutes if walking fast and 100 minutes if walking slower.
