  1. I have a low blood pressure. And if I eat garlic I don’t feel good. A little works fine. But not as much many eats.
My mum is super allergic to garlic. And somehow it feels worse every time I eat it.
She wasn’t allergic until she was about 28 years old.

  2. I use garlic powder in almost everything I cook! Yay me! Does it matter what brand it is or if it’s organic or not?

    • Ehh, yes and no.😅
Should you let a cheaper form stop you from using garlic powder all together? In my opinon, No.
The pros vastly outweight the cons.
That being said, ideally youd want the cleanest you can find.
Generally being organic and without anything additional like silicon dioxide ‘silica’ which is a normal additive in almost all spices to fight against clumping, generally recognized as safe for consumption it just something else to dont need to ingest if possible.
Simply Organic is a good widely available brand.

  3. I love garlic I would be very unhappy if I couldn’t use it almost every day. I wonder if scallops can be used by people who are allergic. They are a cross between garlic and onions. So yummy in many ways of cooking.❤❤❤

    • @@Navajosun I think they mean shallots. But Im not sure it’s a cross between different onions.

    • I was also wondering 😁 i think she meant shallots.
But we have just now ( March- April) wild garlic in the woods and parks, very tasty in salads or you can make butter or pesto with it.

    • Isn’t it better to eat it first thing in the morning ? Doesn’t it interfere with sleep ? And can i use it everyday ?

    • @@LemonFamily7777 yes you can use it everyday. Eat as much a as you like. As far as taking it in the morning or at night, whatever is best for you.

    • @@LemonFamily7777 I in particular don’t have HB, and don’t take it at night because eat so much at dinner. It’s nothing for me to have 4-6 cloves in a salad. Also in the winter, I had 10-15 crushed garlic cloves in a jar, squeeze in fresh lemon and cover with honey. Take a spoonful whenever I want and store in fridge. My mom gave this to us when we’re kids. We hardly ever got colds.

  4. You wan’t FRESH garlic to reap the best health benefits. Garlic is one of the greatest natural antibiotics.
Did you know garlic can help remove lead from the body? My kitchen is NEVER without fresh garlic. I eat it everyday and have done so since a child. At 67, I have NO health issues at all. No meds at all.

    • @Navajosun
      That’s great, good for you!👏
Yeah I LOVE fresh garlic (I need to start using only fresh again)…I use more fresh garlic than jalapenos in my fresh salsa 😋.
I was a little surprised when the doctor mentioned garlic powder over fresh because of all the salt in it 🤔. (Unless it was just the brand I bought) because the last time I made a recipe that called for garlic powder was the last time I used it because it was WAY TOO salty tasting to me 😖.
Happy for you that you are 67yrs and have No pains & take No medication that’s awesome 👏❤. I hope in 9yrs I can say that, unfortunately right now I have a few I have to, but I keep trying to get the vitamins he recommends that I can afford and eat healthy so hopefully I can turn a couple health issues around. 🙏
God Bless you and hoping continued good health to you 🙏❤

  5. I buy empty capsules and put whatever I want in them. Sea salt, garlic powder, oregano, clove etc 👍🏻

  6. I use Garlic on everything I can. I have loved the flavor since I was a child. Fresh, roasted, granulated I eat it all.

  7. I don’t use powdered garlic. I use fresh garlic. In fact I had an ear infection last week and 2 days of taking fresh garlic with dinner took care of it … potent stuff ..
