    • Yeah I started feeling like there were too many different “great” supplements to take that I eventually just stopped thinking about / taking any altogether. Meat/fat based diet with all its well-rounded nutrition plus intermittent fasting and any moderate exercise is good enough for most people, to me at least. Different ratios of certain kinds of foods work better for different people tho so

    • @@reecesowka8681you can also use chronometer to measure (more less) your vitamin and nutrients intake

    • Best thing I think is to take every so often .. I went through phases where I’m taking so many pills ( health related natural ) every day and it became quite normal .. now its every so often and short term so I come on and off .. but food and water is foundation

  1. Niacinamide didn’t work for me but Nicotinic acid (flush niacin), at the same dose, did all that you promise! Highly recommend.

    • @@Sybilpoet Natural Factors 100 mg. It’s a Canadian brand so it has been tested to confirm that it is what it says on the label. I understand that some brands add Niacinamide but don’t say on the label.

    • @@mountaingirl1797 Nicotinic acid. The one that people take in high doses to reduce high cholesterol .. the flush feels like stinging nettles but is said to be benign. There are 2 biochemical pathways to making NAD+ in the body. Niacinamide feeds one pathway and Nicotinic acid feeds the other (and is derived from L-Tryptophan which is interesting). Not everyone uses Niacinamide very well .. like me.

  2. Wowzers 🤩

I have been taking vitamin B supplements in various forms now for about 3 months. No wonder my inflammation, fatigue, and join pains have receded. 😊😮😊

Thank you Dr. Berg and now to find more of your anti inflammatory tips. 😢😅😊

  3. I use myself as a lab rat . This is how it works for me : If I stop taking vitamin D3, K2 and boron for about a week or so , my arthritis pain comes back . Vitamin B3 has no effect on me . I’m hoping that K2 clears away the calcium deposits on my bones . Cause if I have to keep taking supplements , it’s like taking pharmaceuticals .

    • It does feel that way !
      Our bodies rattle with supplements!

The only reason I take supp. is I don’t know how much of what is in our food nor how much I absorb in my gut

  4. You are one among the few on the U tube and I respect you for your every concern for our health❤. God bless🙏🌹 you Dr.

    • You know the greatest thing the Indians gave the white man was the tobacco plant!!! Of course the white man thought it was to smoke but they also gave him corn and corn like alcohol, sugar, etcetera robs you of all your B vitamins….. the tobacco plant is the highest source of B vitamins on the planet and niaminacide is come from Nicotinic Acid which comes from the tobacco plant…. there’s a partial explanation for why ALL drunks smoke AND the fastest way to get anything INTO your body IS through your nasal passages OR under your tongue!!!!

  5. Nutritional yeast has B3. Doctor Google says: You’ll get 39.4 mg of B3 in 1 tablespoon. With almost double your daily recommended intake of niacin in such a small serving, you should be careful not to consume too much.

  6. You are my doctor with no charge and I even helped people from your advice

Thank you and May dear God bless you richly for your time and kindness

  7. Dr. Berg, I discovered you more recently. You give some really great advice. You and Dr.Mandel are both awesome! Thank you for all you do!

  8. I am definitely going to try this! Thank you Dr Berg! I know vitamin d does help. When I first started seeing my rheumatologist she checked my levels and I was at 11. And after taking the dosage that she recommended for about 2 months, my bones actually quit aching. Every time now that my bones start aching I know that I’m low on vitamin d. It doesn’t seem to happen as much. It may be because I’ve changed my diet drastically. And I may be getting vitamin d in my food and spending a little more time in the sun. All these years I was told not to go out in the sun because I would get skin cancer. So after the age of 20, I rarely went out in the sun. Mostly went outside in the shade. Wow, they are constantly changing what they believe to be healthy life choices.

  9. Based on how many vitamins I take, I’m about to consider them a meal. After I’m done I feel full already.
