Which Omega 3 supplements do you take?
Eat some salmon roe
2,5 gr per day ?? the most supplements are up to 600 -700 mg as the suggestions in the indications.
Careful, got my omega 3s too high and 6s too low and triggered atrial fibrillation
I started one omega 3 capsule per meal 3x a day. I think it’s helping with my eczema. Maybe it’s my imagination.
