When I want something crunchy I eat the Quest Chips. They are a little pricey for 4 bags, but super good! Girl, I do the same with the peanut butter LOL and sometimes I spread the PB on the KIND thins granola bars or the Ratio keto crunchy bars.
You don’t need to eat so many times a day… It affects your insulin levels and will stall weight loss. Being low carb should suppress the appetite anyway.

Apple cider vinegar is a natural remedy for heartburn/indigestion. Also try black salt, which also neutralises acid, both are keto safe.
