I mean sure. My neighbors are about to have their 72 wedding anniversary next month and the wife is 93 and husband turning 100 next month too. I’ve asked them how they do it… little to no exercise in their lives ever but lots of healthy relationships and music…they play their grand piano everyday (I faintly hear through the walls). Point being there are lots of reasons why people live long and exercise and eating healthy definitely helps…but they also said it was their mindset and how they’ve really enjoyed their lives together and the journey they’ve had
they might not be doing weightlifting or intense cardio, but so bet that old couple is doing a lot of daily walking! walking is really all the exercise you need for longevity. i like lifting to build my muscles, but it’s not required for good health
They have healthy minds
They probably have a very good diet too
my theory that all this BS about excercising prolonging life is some sort of conspiracy theory (dont know why or by whom lol) to actually shorten the lives of poeople who fell for it… I do too and have been for years excercising… But i have serious doubts if it is really good for me, or good for people overall (ALL people)… Like… YOu have people that will DIE if they eat a peanut… You really do wanna tell me that there is NO sub-group of people on earth that are otherwisde healthy but excercising is actually BAD for them…? Reallly..!?? No such people exists but people who will die of eating a peanut exist…?
He has a passion for training! You can tell he enjoys the process!
