What’s your thoughts on the many studies that sauna elevates prolactin long term? Maybe sauna is bad for you but just because the person is resting (nsdr) in the sauna makes it good

I’m curious if sauna increases prolactin levels in men if you ice your testicles while in the sauna. I have been practising this only (I don’t do sauna if I can’t have an ice pack).
Curious if there is a difference between “sauna” time and hot-tub/Spa time? Is the therapeutic effect strictly the elevated temperature of the skin/body or are there other factors that make the sauna better?
