  1. If you want low carb corn tortillas, both Walmart and Aldi carry the Romero corn tortillas. The small ones are only a couple of grams net carbs and the larger one is only around 6 or 7 grams net carbs and they taste great!!!!!!!

Keto Pint is good too. I love their Chocolate Cheesecake and Salted Caramel Ice Cream bars.

    • I bought them and had 3 corn tortillas at 5 grams of carbs each and they made my blood sugar spike really high. I am pre-diabetic.

    • @@proverbs3_5-8 I don’t understand that. I have 3 or 4 every Tuesday and my blood sugar after is better than when I was taking Metformin. They are my savior (LOL). When I was diagnosed I was told I had to give up three of my favorite things, pizza, cornbread and corn tortillas. I was crushed, but eventually found King Arthur Pizza Dough Mix (1 net gram per slice) and a decent cornbread recipe, once I found a good corn flavoring, but while there were many good keto flour tortillas, corn ones were not there. Now that I found them, I am happy. I guess it must affect people differently.

  2. Love your videos, but I refuse to pay those prices for most of that stuff. I have been making “Pizza” W/ low carb tortillas after watching one of your videos & they are awesome ! Started a lifestyle change 10 months ago & dropped 70 lbs. & now I am trying to maintain my weight. Keeping it down, but it is not easy. No cheats allowed. If I do , I gain weight. went from 232 down to 160. Have not gone up over 165 . 63 yr. old male that has struggled w/ my weight my entire life.

  3. Thank you so much for sharing this video. I’ve been a diabetic for over 30 years, and I need new ideas to cut back on eating low carb. I’m so glad I came across your videos. 😊

  4. Love Bertolli alfredo! It’s one of the few that has white wine in the ingredients and you can taste it. I will have to try this newer one of theirs. 😋😋😋

  5. Hero Brand bread ant tortillas are the best we have had so far. On-line and in my area, Sprouts. They have white, seeded, tortillas, hamburger and hotdog buns. The texture is tender. The tortillas will brown and crisp in air-fryer, fried in oil. Made with olive oil.

  6. You are such a strong determined women…. I pray that I may have that determination…It seems like everyone at my Church that have lost weight had the stomach surgery… Girl I can’t afford it….. Watching and getting courage from you🙏👍🥰

    • You can, in fact, you DO NOT have to buy all the stuff she’s buying, I lost 35 pounds, by eating whole food, example salads, veggies, protein like grilled chicken., or rotisserie, fish, tuna, steak, salmon, shrimp etc. Your biggest change needs to be dropping food with added sugar, no sodas, no cakes, no chocolates, no chips, no popcorn, crackers.
If you’re very serious, you need to drop potatoes, rice, pasta, and white bread, because LOW CARB IS KEY, see, I’ve actually saved you a bunch of money right here.☝🏼
Additionally, fasting will burn fat faster and it’s proven to work, you also need to incorporate 30 minutes of brisk walking into your daily routine, and weight bearing exercise which can be done at home, no need to waste money on gyms! You can lose weight if you really want to, it does take time to learn the food you can and cannot eat, and guarantee you will lose faster while doing at least 16 hour fasting daily and only consuming two meals per day, drinking lots of water and tea, and NO SNACKING.

    • @@saundrac9Best advice ever! I did exactly like this and lost 43 lbs. in 4 months without going to the gym. Now, I’m still maintaining my weight and added strength training and running everyday.

  7. The La Banderilla tortillas are AMAZING!!!! I’ve tried several different brands of zero/low carb tortillas and these are BY FAR the closest taste to real tortillas I have found!! Low calories, zero carbs, and high fiber, PLUS good taste?!?! Winning! Love them! Try them! (I’m not gluten sensitive)
P.S. Ratio yogurt is also super yummy!!

  8. Walmart has been cutting down on the ice cream selection at my store. There used to be a Halo Top Keto Series, but that’s gone, and now they’re clearing out their Rebel ice creams as well. Oh well, I guess I will have to step up the pace on learning how to use my new Ninja Creami.

  9. Thank you, this was fantastic.I really appreciate you going into a store that most people have in their area

  10. Your videos are so inspiring and helpful to me! I hate the videos from women who are 300 lbs and post videos of themselves stuffing themselves with McDonald’s and saying they’ll start their diet again tomorrow. They discourage me so much. Love your videos! Thank you!

  11. I LOVE the inked keto breads, especially the seeded. I dont mind a little soybean oil for as often as I eat it. I was so excited to find them, and other keto products popping up more and more in the groceries I shop in. I cook most things from scratch, but sometimes you gotta scratch a craving itch, and sometimes I just dont have time to cook, or I’m traveling and dont have a full kitchen. I’m so happy that low carb and low sugar options are becoming more accessible.
