      I have a question for you.
      I am not a diabetic.
      But I have to watch my sugar intake so I won’t become a diabetic.

      So why do the doctors say eat your fruits and veggies and vegetables but they all have sugar in them. It is just confusing sometimes.

      So if you can explain it to me I would really appreciate that a whole entire lot.

      Just so I will have a better understanding.

  1. My Walmart doesn’t have a lot of these things like the keto yogurt or smoothies and a lot of the keto labeled stuff has seed oils

  3. Ratio Keto Brownies are great! I like them better than the Ratio crunchy bar you showed just prior.

    • I agree!!! It’s more cakey than like a moist brownie but really tasty and I’m not a fan of any of the protein bars I’ve tried. Ratio also has a version of the brownie that is blonde with chocolate chips which is also good.

  7. I had no idea Walmart now has all these Keto and gluten free options! Wow. They have come up to speed with people cutting down on carbs and sugar. When I went Keto 3-4 years ago, there was literally NOTHING.

  9. I haven’t had any issues with the zero sugar chocolates. I only had issues with that ingredient when I was a child, which is weird because I currently have serious GI issues. 🤷🏾‍♀️
