In this video, we’re going to talk about some of the health benefits of drinking coffee. Remember, don’t drink coffee if it gives you anxiety, increases your heart rate, or prevents you from sleeping. Too much coffee can increase cortisol and adrenaline, so limit your daily coffee intake to one cup.
Caffeine is a phytochemical found in coffee and other plants. Caffeine keeps us awake by inhibiting a compound called adenosine. Coffee can give you mental acuity, help you focus, and improve your ability to learn. It speeds up the rate of metabolism and helps regulate blood sugar, especially if you add MCT oil or butter.
Research has shown that coffee may even help decrease your risk of dementia! Here are some of the other potential health benefits of coffee:
• Decreases symptoms related to Parkinson's and Alzheimer's
• Decreases risk of gallstones
• Increases the production and flow of bile
• Prevents kidney stones
• Has anti-cancer properties
• Has anti-inflammatory properties
• Has hepatoprotective properties
• Contains polyphenols to feed your microbiome
• Can help improve postural hypotension
• Improves exercise performance
• Increases cardiac output
• Delays muscle soreness
• Decreases symptoms experienced at high altitudes
• Increases mitochondrial biogenesis
• Increases stomach acid

Yes tell me more about coffee so I can justify my addiction 😂.
Edit: also let me know of any whole beans brand you guys use. I’m currently using stumptown.
Me be like 😅
Heard that lol
Exactly! 😂 ☕☕☕☕☕
To all the coffee lovers, I appreciate you..😂❤
Yes, this video was made to farm people exactly like you
💥🔥💥 Early Morning ☕Coffee… Evening 🫖Tea… 3PM 🌱Green Tea… is Good for Health‼️💯✅
👍🙌💪
That’s exactly what I do!! 😊
Green tea has caffeine, yes?
Early morning coffee is nonsense ‘coz your body should naturally wake up. And you make it dependant to cafein by drinking a coffee like this. Wait an hour or an hour and a half before your first coffee
Not the same assimilation. It’s a slower cafein
@@chrismacfly6122Yes but it is less when compared to Coffee
Love coffee and there isn’t a better smell than to smell fresh coffee brewing in the pot first thing in the morning.
I completely agree.
@@SachelleCambria Side note: I also like sniffing the coffee beans while they’re in the bag. It’s so intoxicating! LOL!
That and fresh baked cinnamon rolls!! 😍
No. I don’t eat those delicious carbs anymore…I’m on a Carnivore Diet right now…But, the aroma of coffee and rolls are quite memorable!! 😋
@@homesteadgmad8223 Agreed! Fresh, hot cinnamon rolls smells good alongside coffee. I too, don’t indulge in sweets that much but when I do on occasion, it’s usually either a donut (from a bakery and not that Dunkin Donuts nonsense) OR a cinnamon roll.
@@cbsharpe0824 What’s your absolute FAVORITE donut? I agree with your DD comment!
My favorite is chocolate (REAL chocolate) old-fashioned donuts fresh out of the oven or, like you, a cinnamon roll…Of course, apple fritters fresh and hot…OMG!! I better STOP thinking about this!! 😂
Have a delightful day!! 🤩
My story. Was drinking 3-4 cups every morning and then hitting the gym. Past year had bad knee joint pain. As last resort quit coffee cold turkey. After 2 weeks all pain went away as well the joint inflammation. I believe I developed cortisol resistance from coffee and exercise. Reset it by quitting coffee. But coffee is awesome in the morning so back to 1-2 cups, so far so good.
What did you tell to coffee?
“Sorry, I need to espresso myself better.”
“You can brew it!”
1 is enough add some milk to cut down acidity.
Maybe 3-4 cups was a little excessive. Dr. Berg only drinks 1 cup in the morning.
😮drink decaf!
Coffee enhances my mood in a positive way! I could feel a bit down, drink a cup, and life looks better!😉
Caffeine withdrawal
@@AlexByrnes I quit for months and started back up too many times to count. It never effected my mood other than to enhance it. Rem sleep regardless of when on the wagon or even a late cup. Just my anecdotal spewing.
@@J.o.e_K good on ya
With a face like yours baby, you don’t ever have to feel down 😎
It’s the same feeling with sugar for sure and cocaine as far as I know 😂😂
I drink coffee every morning so this is great.
I drink coffee for the joy and happiness it brings me🥰
Respect the fact you admit to addiction. It’s the first step to recovery Nancy😂
ok
Thats not happiness that is an addiction
these damn coffaholicsss
@@janelleduke5432I’m happy to breath everyday. I must be addicted to breathing. 😂
That was awesome, love the sense of humor!
I’m glad you enjoyed this video.
My coffee pot is my alarm clock. The sound and wonderful aroma of it brewing wakes me up. I only drink one cup, with cinnamon and sometimes raw honey.
add lions mane to keep your memory!!
I like to use cinnamon and chocolate coco powder no sugar or cream just cinnamon chocolate coffee .
Casio Coffee😺👍
Dr berg is hilarious. Great info
@saracruze2212 me too cinnomon and cacao powder delicious and healthy..
I roast organic coffee beans every three weeks and then grind and brew one 16-ounce cup every morning. Black. God is good!
Better not to drink coffee in the morning
Also needs to be mould free coffee and organic. No use drinking normal cheap coffee with milk and sugar, it’s useless.
I love coffee. Grind my dark roast whole beans; 1-2 cups in the morning. I don’t think I could ever go without coffee 😅 oh and I drink it black
Yea but do you buy mould-free and organic coffee? If not, all that you’re doing is useless. Coffee beans have mould in them. Sorry!
Coffee just makes me happy! Trying to cut down on sweetness (I use stevia) but usually also add pink salt and coconut milk…and maybe grassfed butter, cinnamon, cloves, cayenne…(not all at once, but spices add a pleasant twist!)
I have a cup of warm water & lemon when I wake up! Then after my shower I have my coffee strong & black! When I get to work I have another coffee! I drink lots of water at work or I have a ginseng tea! When I get home I have a cup of rosehip & hibiscus tea! I have sparkling water with my dinner! I have a peppermint & liquorice tea after that!
You need a social media account.
We are sooo happy to get your approval on coffee… we can’t live without two shots of espresso every single day…amazingly, the first shot makes us feel so relaxed and the second shot helps up to wake up and be ready for the day…Thank you Dr. Berg!
I needed a confirmation for my double shot of espresso every morning, thank you dr. Berg 😊😊
I love your sense of humor. Thanks for the video.

60 hrs on coffee
Woke up my mother after surgery. Because the doctors & nurses couldn’t wake her up.
So i suggested coffee and was ignored.
Coffee lady came around and i quickly gave mother caffeine just a sip and woke her up.
She suffers from low blood pressure.
Nurse was surprised
I started a clean diet & eliminating caffeine so I went off of coffee for a month and it was rough. I was drinking 2-3 cups a day prior to that. I really believe my brain/body needs a day. I’m back to a cup a day and I feel much better. I focus better and I have less daytime sleepiness.
I drink coffee with butter, cacao, & cinnamon. Wonderful! ❤️☕❤️
Do you buy mould-free coffee? Otherwise all of that is useless.
