Hello sir, there’s a problem in the video title
Problen??

What’s Fown Aging
Look up what Fown means in the Urban dictionary LOL
So does watching these YouTube videos raise your cognitive function or does it lower it?
Depends on the approach – if you’re trying to remember the facts, engaging in active recall, then raise (though it’s still not nearly an optimal method). If you’re attempting to multitask, not keeping attention, interrupting your focus on something else, then might lower.
@@LVArturs👍
Great info
ill just keep eating 15grams of glycine a day and astaxanthin
@ 12:26 I’m 60, so this means I should start drinking alcohol? 🍷 Cheers!
Any chance for a new video on testosterone? There are lots of new studies I’m sure. There are things that work for testosterone, but might decrease DHT for example. Or sth like Panax gingeng that is good for libido but bad for DHT etc.
That video would be great. Also a vid on apigenin
Summary for those who don’t want to watch:
1. PUFA depleting
2. Regularly taking aspirin
3. Fully eliminating starches, most fibers, and gluten, preferring citrus, dates, or sugar for carbs.
4. Adding sugar or milk to your coffee, drinking more coffee.
5. Replace muscle meat with gelatin
Peaty
Lol that’s not what he says in the video
😂
@@rappatenebrense prove it
This all wrong and nothing to do with video disregard
What do you think about using derma rollers to increase collagen?
GOD DAMN, IM OLD
There are many important factors. Any regular physical activity is good. And HIIT is possibly the single best exercise. Though I also do muscle-building. I’m also a fan of supplementing collagen, if I probably get plenty from meat. Then of course, the maintaining neurocognitive abilities are important. All of those are no-brainers.
But I’m starting to think that equally, if not more, important are some other factors. I’m particularly thinking of: light (circadian sunlight exposure, red light therapy, blue light reduction, etc) and water (clean source like spring or glacier, mineral rich like Quinon, deuterium-depleted, structured, etc); along with protection against non-native EMF.
As for other things, I’m not so sure it’s clear. Siim brings up hormones, in context of getting too much protein and too little carbs. But most of that research is done on unhealthy people on the standard American diet. There are many healthy people on low-carb, animal-based diets who seem to have no hormonal problems.
Just read ur comment, and was wondering where i could get more good info on the drinking water. My country has “clean” drinking water, so i never looked much into it.
Any foods that contain copper peptide ghk-cu?
50ml $87? Jeez
We could really appreciate your analysis on women, meno and hrt
It’s a lot of work to be healthy it’s worth it but it’s still a lot of work but it’s still worth it
