  4. I learned from you Mayra a while back that the JalapeΓ±o spiciness is in the veins and not the seeds. I started making JalapeΓ±o poppers about a year ago and I couldn’t understand why they were so spicy after I took the seeds out because so many cooks Ive watched said its in the seeds.
