Sorry Siim, I’ve been taking this exact stack for over a year now and that in conjunction with my blue blocker glasses have not helped improve my sleep. This doesn’t work for everyone.
Have you tried magnesium
It works for me (minus Magnesium)
Try L-theanine
If that helps you, you don´t really have problems sleeping

Yes as mentioned by another it’s the same thing AND it will cost more.
I found taking NAC at night made it harder to get to sleep 🤷🏻♂️

Been following you for a few years now. I appreciate your videos! I think adding CBD into this video would be fitting because that seems to work better then a lot of others, especially when you stack it with some of the other ones, including magnesium glycinate.

Works for me, with some adds I take for other reasons. I was getting 5 hours max, not able to fall asleep, waking up and not able to get back to sleep. I tried Huberman’s stack which didn’t help. About an hour or so before bed started taking Mag Taurate (read that taurine can also help sleep + longevity benefits), 0.6 mg Herbatonin (melatonin), Apigenin, NAC/glycine, powdered inositol, and milk thistle. Now getting 7-8 hours per night, good quality sleep.
I find Glycine and Magnesium works for me. But NAC I should not take at night for some reason.
