  1. I had the best results when I took both at the same time. NMN right now, almost out. I’m considering Niacin as an alternative,

    • nicotinamide is superior to niacin (lower side effects and better for longevity) edit: don’t forget TMG when you take NAD precursors (B3 or w/e) you need TMG or else you lower your life expectancy

    • @@captainnoyaux In a human study, Niacinamide caused a 60% raise in homocysteine with just 300MG. Significantly raising a hallmark of aging is not good at all. Niacin appears to have a much lower homocysteine burden. I don’t think TMG is going to offset a 60% increase in homocysteine. Maybe it would offset a 10% increase. I go with low dose Niacin (50 mg) and avoid Nicotinamide.

    • @@jackbuaer3828 “just” 300mg, is a gigantic dose, 50 mg is enough with 500mg TMG and research point towards that. Too high doses like the one you mentioned are linked to higher mortality rate so I don’t recommend it either

      Stop listening to Sinclair. He’s a snake oils salesman. And get in nature as much as possible and keep your circadian rhythm aligned. Make sure You’re getting Niacin through diet or supplement for bonus points.
