Siim add these to his regular meals:
1. Omega 3
2. Apple cider vinegar
3. Olive oil
4. psyllium husk
5. wheat germ

Olive oil from Greece has more polyphenols and not mixed like so many others which is supposed to taste a bit of a sting when fresh from biterness. How high amount to take is 10 spoonfuls some say a day but find out.
I do all of these except psyllium and wheat germ. Thanks!
