  1. Great content Siim! With so many moving pieces to health and longevity timing and volumes probably can make huge differences. In the past I’ve mixed my cardio, resistance and HIIT together. Still good gains and increased health markers. I honestly think with a lot of new in formation I would be smart to separate my training. I usually do cardio before resistance with the idea it will elevate my heart rate during lifting and that has worked well. Whether it makes an overall health difference is probably questionable. Keep up the great content!

    • Most likely does, but if you mix it up enough so you do lifting when fresh as well will allow you to push your self more on days when you haven’t gassed yourself out from HIIT

  2. Thanks for sharing this Siim! I think that based on this piece of information, NMN seems to be difficult to be combined with RFL / OMAD days, at least if one eats in the evening like I do for practical reasons. Any opinions?

  3. I have seen studies that suggest taking NAC and Glycine at night before rest, can you look into this topic? (It has been shown that taking these supplements can boost body’s gut production of NAD+)
