4:47 Find out about the best food to eat!
In this video, we’re going to talk about the one food that has increased in our diets by over 8,000%. From 1970 to 2014, this food has increased significantly more than any other food.
Consuming this ingredient depletes vitamins and minerals. It’s one of the most potent triggers of metabolic syndrome, fatty liver disease, and inflammation.
We're talking about high-fructose corn syrup.
Corn products, skim milk, chicken, turkey, added fats, and oils have also increased, but nowhere near as much as high-fructose corn syrup. Consumption of vegetables, butter, eggs, beef, and refined white sugar has decreased.
High-fructose corn syrup is hidden in many foods and drinks. Most high-fructose corn syrup is made from inedible dent corn, which is typically GMO, so it’s herbicide-tolerant.
The U.S. is the top producer and consumer of corn.
In 1932, farmers extracted 20 ½ bushels of corn per acre, and in 2022, they extracted 173 bushels per acre. The arrival of GMO foods, herbicides, and pesticides allows farmers to grow significantly more corn in a small area, which isn’t good for the environment, soil, or our health.
Always check your food labels to avoid high-fructose corn syrup, modified food starch, modified corn starch, maltodextrin, glucose syrup, and seed oils.

Is it sugar?
Edit: its high fructose corn syrup
table sugar actually decreased, only to be replaced by something much worse
Wow i got it right.. ya i dropped that 1 out my diet
It amazing just seeing how many ingredients are in processed food. The chemicals are insane. Its almost as if its being done on purpose ? And not only for ” profits “. 🤔
Depopulation. 😉
Uh oh. We have a critical thinker here. *Pushes Independent Thought Alarm button.*
Done on purpose
Yes, it IS ON PURPOSE!! They want to make us sick. In turn lowering our frequencies.
Everyone needs to wake up!
@@truthseeker1959 My thoughts exactly, but if I were to type that word here, my comment would get removed.
seed oil edit after liver hint -fructose
Sssoooo… Beef consumption is DOWN 30%, but cardiovascular disease and cancers are way up in the same period 🧐
Correlation is not causation – Statistics 101
@@talksailesh1thays true but in the major medical journals the two are almost always linked in a negative manner and as a reason to stop eating red meat.
@@talksailesh1, but it is MAJOR red flag suspicionation
Exactly Joe, the hypocrisy is disgusting.
@talksailesh1 The terms mean different things, but the causation can be the same as the correlation. It would take some investigating find out for sure.

Gov subisidies and gov corruption is behind all of this in concert with corporations
Population control!
They forget that they need slaves to do their work…
The government incentivizes this. Get mad at the people allowing it.

I need to be more careful of high fructose corn syrup! This is probably why we’re all losing our minds too! Everyone is anxious and/or depressed it seems. I’ll never give up my beef either.
But I only buy organic grass fed ground beef. Walmart sells it for not much more $ than regular ground beef. I’ve seen it as high as $10/lb at other stores! Its only $7.36/lb at Walmart for the organic and $1 less for non organic (but still grass fed). I just wish all their beef was grass fed. 🥩 I don’t even think theres a store anywhere near me that sells it.
It doesn’t help we’re being poisoned by and under the control of psychopaths. Surely, that doesn’t help our mental health.
I’ve tried every brand I could find but always come back to beef from local/regional farmers in central NC. If you have a farmer’s market try there first. Also anyone can google “grass fed beef near me” and check out website called “eatwild” and directories and maps will show up. I have a downtown small organic grocery that buys meat from a co-op called “First Hand Foods” which vets regional farmers for integrity of pastures and processing. Maybe there’s something like that in your town 🙂
ps. I pay $10/lb for local beef sold in store. About $9 direct from the farmer
Do you have Aldi near you? $5.49/lb for grass fed ground beef. $11.50 for grass fed ribeye and New York steak
That’s the thing they don’t make it very easy for us to get the healthy foods that our bodies truly need! Fortunatly people are starting to wake up, we need to!
Health-wise, I trust your videos the most. I watched them all, you are by far the most “trustworthy” doc on YouTube. It is more your energy; I can just feel and sense you are a good soul. In this world, that is a rarity. LOVE AND LIGHT, my brother. 🙂
You are very welcome, thanks for watching. Appreciated!

Thank you have known this 20+ years and have read labels since 1984

50 yrs ago was 1974. I was born in ’54 and came of age in 1972. We grew up on fresh meat and vegetables for main meal but also dry cereal, white bread sandwhiches and cooked with crisco etc. I think I am the last generation to have grown up healthy because the ultra-refined mass food supply was in it’s infancy while our bodies were building. But we’ve been in a steady decline as we age with diabetes, arthritis, dementia. The younger generations don’t stand a chance and are already dying young with heart disease and diabetes complications. This madness has to stop. Glad Dr. Berg is joining the movement to improve the food supply
We are part of the same club, born in 58 and realized this about 6 years ago
My mother used pure lard. She did not like crisco.
also, very rare types of cancers that were extremely uncommon in the past are much more common nowadays. We see people in their 20s, 30s dying from rare cancers….this is crazy!
Didn’t they start giving cattle hormones to speed their growth back then? I remember they felt there was a correlation as to why girls as young as 8 or 9 were starting menstruation and developing breasts. Produce was sprayed with DDT and a bunch of other carcinogens in our food supply until it was deemed unsafe.
Amen! I was born in 1960, I have noticed the same things. Cane sugar replaced with HFCS. Why? Greed! Profits that ignore the health of all those that grow it, refine it and consume it. Farmers used to be “poor”, now many are millionaires. From corn and soybeans. I grew up in Indiana, and have watched our food change greatly.
We are destroying ourselves a little every day. This is so sad.
yes and the worst is that people have no idea…most think that a pepperoni pizza has similar nutrition to eating a steak.
Steaks are very dangerous for your health. No kidding.@@danielbroomhall8882
People are typically doing so due to ignorance of the facts. And, deliberate misdirection from the hostile medical cartel.
Hello, Dr. Berg, I’m watching your videos from the country of Uzbekistan. I lived for 8 years on hormone therapy with testosterone. The doctors diagnosed me and told me to take testosterone for life. Then I started having side effects from testosterone: insomnia and thick blood. I found your videos, which they talked about. Homemade eggs raise good cholesterol, namely recursor. testosterone is cholesterol ate organic egg for 6 months, I have been living without testosterone injections for 3 months, my hormone levels have been restored, our doctors are delighted Dear Doctor Berg, thank you for the second chance that you gave me, you are a doctor who is from God

I met some corn farmers in Oklahoma that said they don’t eat corn or anything that eats corn.
Kansas is the same. We have tons of corn crops. Everyone’s knows not to eat corn or anything made out of it.
😂👏
@@almartinez1817 dried corn or made into a porridge isn’t bad. It’s actually known to help absorb lingering waste in the gut. Many native Americans and Africans use those variations of corn. It’s when it’s not dried or ultra processed like anything else it becomes an issue
I just feel like eating anywhere but from my garden and chickens, beef and eggs from my farm is like going to a crack house! All I see when I’m out is crack houses everywhere!
If you look at the photos from the 50-70’s , there were no obesity,
everybody in the photos was with perfect muscle balance.
Oh my gosh! I’m not surprised but it’s great to see it discussed in detail ,especially by you because you really do a thorough investigation into these matters.
Thanks very much for watching!
Your videos give us so much good information. This is a good one to watch. Good Morning Beautiful People. Happy Weekend 💕👍🏽
I guessed it right ! On another note , I’ve noticed the increase in monosodium glutamate in processed foods up here in Canada . Anyone else noticing this ?
I was diagnosed with NAFLD a few years ago! First thing I did, was cut out all sodas and anything I knew had the high fructose corn syrup in it! Changed some of my other eating habits and almost immediately my liver numbers dropped back down to normal/healthy limits, and I feel so much better! What the food industry is doing to our foods that we eat should be criminal! People have to stay educated! Thank you good sir for the info!
