33 responses to “She’s 55 and Has a Slower Speed of Aging Than Bryan Johnson – Spends $108/Month”
It so interesting to investigate other people on the longevity rankings list. Please keep making these vids. Greetings from Denmark.
She has a good deal on a gym membership- $27 a month
England has no contract gyms that charge much less per month, below £20.
@@ConnieWobblesnice 👍 I pay $52 (no contract)
Thanks for sharing this. Great results on a budget. 😀
I’m 60 and try to mostly get supplements on clearance, I think it’s good for keeping up with variety🎉
You will beat her soon, you are the best 👍
yes but in BS?
@@user-fe5lr9zt3y ??
fantastic video!
Bryan didn’t update the leaderboard because he started dropping in rank
😂
Do you have an evidence of this?
@@broccoli7263 its a joke
So she basically does nothing besides gym and not eating crap
Nah that doesn’t give her enough credit. Rewatch the video, she engages in a lot of health-focused practices
If you consider the $79 monthly supplement subscription from Novos, some additional supplements, a good sleep routine (including using a mouth tape and sleep mask), intermittent fasting, long walks, sauna and cold showers, meditation and praying as “nothing”, then yes, all she does is maintain a gym membership and avoid eating crap.
what she *doesnt* do is very important here
What genes does she have or doesn’t?
I hope she avoided the COVID jab!
The spirit of rejuvination olympics is not about living to 90 or 100, basic knowledge of nutrition and exercise will get you there. The whole rejuvenation movement is about going past the conventional lifespan mindset and living according to indefinite lifespan.
basic knowledge of nutrition and exercise might get you to 90 or 100 , but it might not . considering radical life extension , we should start by maximizeing the chance we live to the maximum human lifespan with preservation of most aspects of healthspan
Nothing esoteric here just commons sense with some determination to maintain healthy lifestyle. She has a big advantage over both Siim and Bryan simply because she is female. Johnson doesn’t even look healthy.
Encouraging thank you! ❤
One have to bear in mind Bryan came from a very bad health condition of overworking and putting crap in his body for about 30 years. Its obvious he can not keep up with a young boy like you or a overall healty woman that lives a healthy livestyle for about 15 years. Maybe Bryan will never reach that point of Julie. Damage is done. But the point of his approach is exactly that. He wants to push boundaries. Lets wait 8 years and see what all of you can achieve, but I urgently ask you Siim to stop doing these clicbait comparisons.
I wish I knew how much the supplements changed her rate of aging.
Probably not much
It’s strange but I’ve seen longevity in people with all kinds of health problems. My father-in-law had everything going against him, very overweight, heart disease, type II diabetes, and kidney disease, which is what got him in the end, just short of his 90th birthday! Hence my focus is primarily on health span, maybe the saying, “God has your number” isn’t just folklore.
So she spends $106 on a gym membership and a liquid supplement and an unknown amount on food and groceries. And here I was thinking she was spending less than I do per month on groceries. You got me good.
My father is in his eighties and people wont believe he born at 1940s 😁 looks like 60 something. still no major health problems, no gray hair and he drank and smoked all his life. Lucky… man 😁
Good genetics are a helluva advantage
reach the age of 90-100…that’s pretty normal for females in the USA. She could also be over training.
Great video by the way, you deserve to be number 1 on the leader board.
I love your videos ❤
