What do you think about Spemidine as chlorella powder/pill as Brian Johnson uses? You can easily get 10-15 mg of it.

Sent to son. We both eat red grapes for our resveratrol. I cannot do saunas as I become weak from the heat, begin to hallucinate due to the temporal lobe epilepsy. Would the Bon Charge blanket work better for my aches from injuries after a fall? I have a 1400 sonic toothbrush which I use with Tartar End toothpaste, has no fluoride it. First time I used it major plaque broke up like crazy, great to spit it out. Tartar End toothpaste is cheaper at the site than on amazon where I got the brush. A couple of mature beauty gurus on here say they are getting osteopenia and that older women need more protein – know anything about this? Thx Siim.

Women live longer because of thier periods which ensures low iron and better rejuvenation due to the bleeding and re cycling. They normally start aging more significantly quickly after menopause.
Adjusting for environmental controls, women do not live longer than men…look at blue zones
So men should regularily lose blood by fighting with katanas, got it.
The blue zones have about twice as many women centenarians than male centenarians still. The ratio is even more skewed elsewhere

Regarding oral health. It is important to mention that if mouth wash is needed. Not to make it a habit and just use it temporarily. Eliminating bacteria by mouth wash messes up the microbiome in the mouth which also affects the digestive microbiome eventually which can cause other issues like elevated blood pressure and loss of nitric oxide production in the body.
But I think those negative things just happen if the mouth wash has alcohol no?
The resveratrol story which has developed over the past 20 years is so interesting. The mechanism is clear and objective yet resveratrol is a weak activator of sirtuins and thus as biotechs develop better activators with increased potency, resveratrol will have been the impetus…so the industry wide hate isn’t duly warranted

Homemade?
On the gum disease talk, I believe Siim hit on all the good points. My personal experience, my gums were sore to the touch for as long as I could remember and I heard that if you brush your teeth with too much force, this could make your gums hurt. Guys especially guilty of this, we like to over do it with everything. 😊 I bought an electric vibrating toothbrush(Philips). After about 2 months of using it, the soreness went away and has stayed away for about 2 years now. That toothbrush helps to prevent overbrushing. Other things I’ve been doing, brush AND floss at least 2 times a day, preferably after everytime you eat food(wait 30 minutes after eating). Use this as a motivating factor to eat less often during the day. Sometimes I do a saltwater gargle after brushing, helps to kill bacteria. What also helps, I use a drop of either peppermint or clove essential oil on the toothpaste. I don’t do the oil everytime, maybe every 3 or 4 sessions. Take care!
