  2. Wow, I’ve been waiting for this!
And congrats Sim for finally being placed 1st on the Rejuvenation Olympics leaderboard 👏

    • Actually I think his appearance is not very impressive. I am from Asia where many people look similar to him around their 60s. But him inner rejuvenation is probably far superior than most people from his test results.

    • @@shreddedatsixty not a chance lol, maybe in unhealthy america, not where I live. He looks healthy, but def not 30s. And i’m a portrait photographer so i like to think i’m pretty decent at assessing age.

  3. We’re gonna have to go to a cyberpunk back alley clinics to get our stem cell treatments affordably.

  4. I hope David publishes more content he’s very humble and open minded.

I enjoyed hearing his thought process, methodology etc. I started with Bryan who created the momentum, yet I’m more interested in true longevity from a holistic standpoint without the circus.

No one needs to spend $2M a year on longevity.

Also with Bryan, I’m not sure why he went and got all those cosmetic procedures—does this mean his lifestyle negates youthfulness? It’s a head scratcher.

Like David, I aspire to improve with age. I look forward to learning more from you.

  5. This guy is a treasure. I thought he is going to be another rich vampire like guys. But it is the exact opposite. He is not super rich. He started his rejuvenation after 50s. He does not mind calorie restriction. He has to deal with all the troubles that normal people do. He is someone everyone can learn something from, even Bryan Johnson😂.

    • Cool to see a “normal” person making it happen. I would defend Bryan Johnson, however. Genuine guy and about as honest and well intentioned as they come. Watch enough of his content and I believe you’ll agree.

    • @@nathanwilsonod3610I also believe BJ is genuine. This is because I don’t think dishonesty would benefit him any. However, there are too many things from BJ that normal people just can not afford. Also, we do know BJ is running blueprint as a company. He has to be strategic and hide certain information sometimes.

    • @@nathanwilsonod3610 I heard a criticism of him saying he could use 2m dollars to fund scientific studies on ageing. Instead, he follows protocols based on low-grade studies sometimes.

  6. I try to do much of this but with a 14 hour work day it’s difficult. The alternative to work is being homeless. Life makes taking care of health difficult.

    • The key for you is to find ways to make work less stressful (more fun, strong boundaries between work time and off time, vacations if you can), and then to just eat healthy within the bounds of your ability as well as optimize exercise to be as non time consuming as possible (eg exercise snacks) and get as much sleep as possible. That’s really the bulk of it.

  7. Nice open conversation. I read some stuff about him previously before. Good to hear full scope directly from Dave. Thank you.

  8. He seems like a really nice guy who has a good attitude towards life; that also helps slow aging. Great interview!
