Hey Siim, offtopic, but I got curious so could you tell us what your blood pressure is like? Thanks.
Me consuming canned sardines 3 times a week 😮😮😮😮
Just once a week is good I guess
Dave Pascoe eats canned sardines
I eat 2 cans a day, didnt die yet
This is possibly the single most depressing video I’ve ever seen.
@@1Qomodo1 like thats some kind of argument lol
💪🔥
never seen canned sardine coated with plastic inside
You are wrong. Most of cans have a layer of plastic inside, it’s rly hard to see but it is there.
@@nizahe2731 Most and not all? Have you seen a can without plastic then?
it is not that easy to eliminate Microplastics
It’s impossible.
Is it better to drink tap water than spring water from plastic water bottles? (like evian, aquapanna, etc.)
I’m pretty sure the water they use for those cheap water brands is just tapwater run through a crappy filter anyways.
I would get a water filter jug
Wrong intro, its not “previously thought” – those in the alternative health space have been saying this for over a decade, still much of what they say you completely disregard, like EMF, other toxins etc and youll be making a similar intro about those in the next 10-15 years. *Mainstream science* is far regard in all of whats bad for us. Hopefully you learn that lesson sooner rather than later
That’s because people in alternative health don’t follow the scientific method and therefore aren’t credible. For every one thing they get right there’s a dozen other things they get dead wrong because they’re not conducting experiments or doing any sort of testing. Even a broken clock is right twice a day
When there’s quality studies on all that, then we’ll talk. For now, enjoy your Faraday cage.
Clown comment. Alternative health does not exist, it’s a nicer brand name for “scam” and “quackery” that claims baseless bullshit for fame and money. It’s easy to blame everything and be right once in a blue moon while never mentioning the dozens of things the guru had been wrong about. They’re just rolling the dice with at most a slightly educated guess for the slightly less unethical gurus.
i like sparkling water with lemon.
Unfortunately, it is always in a plastic bottle
Get yourself a Sodastream. One of the best investements i’ve made as a seltzer lover
My plastic water bottles says BPA free 😊
😂😂😂😂
Ya they usually use BPS when it says ‘BPA free’. Slightly different chemical structure. More than likely the exact same problem with chemical leeching.
Do you drink distilled or reverse osmosis water?
Im a microplastic kind a man. Sick of tip toe through life.
Wow Siim this is such great info… I already to many of these things, but as you know, they’re hard to avoid, and we can always improve ! Many thanks 🇺🇸♥️🕊💪🇺🇸
What if you rinse off the sardines before you consume them? Would that get rid of the micro plastics on the surface of the fish?
tiny amount of microplastics is not dangerous he didn’t articulate that very well….
What about protein powders? How much microplastics are in protein powders?
Microplastics also in oils & fats if they’ve been sold in plastic bottles or containers.
I do wonder about cooking/boiling “reducing” microplastics, what if it just makes the particles too small to be detected?
Also, the metal lids of cans usually have a plastic coating as well, so probably avoid scraping food off of them.
Micropastics are particularly dangerous for people who have clogged arteries… But someone who is lean and has regular saunas a small amount of microplastics is not a serious problem you should articulate that…. How many studies have there been done with mice
Don’t you get some plastics from the blanket?
Some research should be done here.
It’s made of leather
omg im refridgerating my beans now wtf
