Have you ever experienced waking mid sleep with nausea and abnormal heartbeat from taking it? I had to stop it immediately because of it. It did send me to sleep, but those side effects scared me. It was only 200mg too.
@@ClulssCrs3310Something similar happened to me taking magnesium l threonate for a few days. Maybe it caused some imbalance with calcium or made magnesium levels too high. I heard the threonate version can pass the blood-brain barrier.

Caution is advised for anything over 350mg per day and also is you are diabetic, have an alcohol dependence and or liver issues. Check if it’s safe for your first.

@megmodaff5989 Magnesium is a mineral, so if you have too much of it over a long period of time, it can accumulate and even reach toxic levels. Same goes for vitamins, aspecially liposoluble ones…
@daniby9894 That is not true. Only fat soluble vitamins accumulate in blood and can cause toxic levels at long term. But water soluble vitamins body relase it from urine

My mag was so low for years. I started going into AFib, about 9 times with HR of over 250 & they put the paddles on me in case my heart stopped. I also got more infections . Can stress do this, otherwise I’m healthy. I figured it out cuz they gave me mag several times too. So I asked for the RBC MAGNESIUM TEST. I’M up to 500 mg but think I’ll take more since my tank was so empty. I had about 20+ symptoms eventually. My serum was 1.6. Thx Dr Berg!!
