As a 63 year old overweight woman who hasn’t been near her goal weight in years, I would love it if you could do my 3 favorite restaurants: IHOP, In and Out Burger 🍔 and Habit (a nice burger place).
These 3 places are our go to when we want a nice meal. We eat out maybe twice a month.
A couple of suggestions: 1. Could you mention if the restaurant has gluten free options as I have Celiac Disease. 2. Could you suggest alternative to lettuce wraps as they are too wet and make the hot food cold.

The low carb cheesecake is delicious but just a warning. ‼️ It does raise my blood sugar and it gives me severe stomach cramps! 🙈 It might not affect everyone the same way but just wanted to put that out there.
Thank you for sharing your experience! The cheesecake probably contains functional fibers, such as Soluble Corn Fiber/Non-Gmo Resistant Dextrin. There are a few I see in a lot of Keto foods. I wonder what sweetener they use. We have to be careful with prepared low carb foods.

According to Cheesecake Factory website the spinach dip has 115 carbs with 9 being sugar for the whole dish. 🙁 also 1730 calories. You’d have to eat such a small portion if you’re still keto.
And the low carb cheesecake has 37 total carbs with 11 countable. Would definitely try the cheesecake 🙂
