  1. Siim have you ever put on lean muscle mass while eating at or slightly below you maintenance calories??

  2. vo2max 45+ is what everyone should try to get. And it’s likely to require some form of legs resistance training, so win-win

    • My BP decreased within days once I cut out the caffeine. Some people are genetically slow metabolizers. My BP got even better with decaf coffee.

  3. Women on average have a smaller body size then men. Having a few trillion cells less seems to matter alot longevity wise. Less cells to get senescent or cancerous. We’re not whales that have much better cell repair. Take a good look around, smaller people almost always look younger too. Plenty of studies showing smaller people live longer and have longer healthspan.

What can men do? Intermittent fasting is probably the best way. Easiest way to keep body fat low, slightly caloric restricted is good because more repair. The good news is that if you survive to around age 80 healthily. You’re going to inevitably shrink anyways.

  4. Hey Siim. According to my research the optimal Vitamin D range seems to be 50-90 ng/mL, although many sources say 30-70 is “normal”. Does that agree with your research as well?

  5. I will say having a healthy hormone balance is the key of longevity for men ! Trt and peptides will be helpful in that sense !

  6. Coffee causes sleeping problems in the long term thus shortening life expectancy due to multiple health problems causes by drinking coffee.

  7. I saw your video on the results of the lab tests in India and you had a slightly low thyroid hormone what do you do about it other than increasing the amount of calories?

  8. Siim, that what interesting what you said about how reference ranges are not optimal ranges. Where can you find a list of optimal ranges for blood work? I feel like if I google it, it will just give me reference ranges…

  9. Hey Siim, what do you think about the theory that women leave longer because we have lower iron stores throughout our lives due to menstruation? Iron seems to cause oxidative stress and therefore aging and dieases.. its a U curve – supposedly anything above the amount that you need to not be deificient actually becomes bad for you

  10. Why nobody considers that women might be living longer because of regularly shedding blood throughout their reproductive life?
