You look fantastic!
Thank you. Appreciate your comment 🙂
Even red meat has been demonized.
But red meat has lots of health benefits.
Its the highest in antioxidants
Even? It’s been that way for goodness how long! In fact it has pretty much the exact inverse effect on human health that those who domize it say it does.
@@TheGoddamnBacon you dont make any sense. Try again.
Lucine is for eyes too my hair is long

Best source grass fed beef, free range chicken and eggs and wild caught fish also plant proteins keto is the best way to go. From Johannesburg South Africa 🇿🇦
From Alwyn Uys country (Africa) ❤
Plant protein is incomplete, comes with zero fat, poorly absorbable minerals and lots of antinutrients
Eat ruminants and their milk, cultured and also eggs. Fatty fish and roe are great too.
One of the best and honest Doctors on YouTube 🙌🙌
Lol! He does have some good information but not suited for people who don’t want to kill to live or who can’t digest animal products which is my case besides grains and some other things.
@@ErnstHeinze-iw4gqThat’s a personal problem

Most welcome!
I think I’ll just go on the carnivore diet for a while.
Thank you Doc ❤, blessing to your morning
Sure thing.
Oh Wow eating eggs everyday is my go to, pancake style recipe with cayenne pepper and mozzarella rolled up and woof! it’s gone like the wind.
I eat plenty of chicken and red meat and still lost hair, you have to keep in mind most men lose hair because of high dht levels not because they Arnt eating enough meats
They lose hair because of low level inflammation caused by starches and sugars. Cut down on those add omega 3 oils and hairloss will stop. I was losing hair for ages but genetics is just a predesposition. Actual male baldness is caused by diet and nobody wants you to know that.
No. I knew a guy who started developing thinning hair, and then the next month, his hair was full again. What was the change from one month to the other? He had quit drinking for dry November or whatever month the challenge is. I think he drank every day or at least 3-4 times a week.
Dht is not the problem the excess estrogen, emfs and pollution in the environment is
I informed my teenage granddaughter that humans could live well on nothing but red meat, salt and water. She tried for over an hour to prove me wrong and couldn’t. I knew that because of you, Dr. Berg. Thanks for being honest.
What about vegetables?
When I was vegan for a few years when I was younger the first negative side effect I noticed was my hair thinned so bad
whey protein has a lot of leucine
sir you are a pot of gold ever you say it’s right and works thankyou 🙏
Thanks for your kind words. Take care and stay healthy!
