  1. This is crucial information! So many people suffer from deficiencies and present with symptoms indicative of nerve issues, and instead of correcting with proper supplementation or proper diet, the medical establishment’s push medications that only mask the issue with no resolution. The medication of course causes more damage in most cases that warrant even more medication for a different issue that resulted from the 1st prescription. This just lines the pockets of big pharmaceutical companies!

    • Say it louder for the people in the back. 🗣️🔊 Including myself because I needed this today. I’ve suffered from all mentioned symptoms after spinal surgery.

    • @@mstrwoodley694I’ve been told that I need spine surgery. I hurt a lot from a messed up spine. Did the surgery give you relief from pain?

    • Supplements do more harm than good. Vitamin D supplement is fine but everything else is garbage unless the person has a medical condition where their body struggles to absorb vitamins.

    • @@KnightsGloryy Not if you get a good and trustworthy quality. Our foods are deficient in nutrients from being mass produced. We actually have little choice. Many of us can’t even grow our own foods do to multiple factors. Supplements literally saved my life as of late. Particularly, Magnesium. I was very deficient and it caused an entire array of issues, including the inability to hold on to sodium and B1. It took me 2 months of suffering and scary events to figure out what the issue was. Thank goodness for Dr. Berg’s videos. I was well within 5 days. (out of the woods) I do understand where you are coming from however, I agree to a certain extent.

  2. You did it again Dr berg, I am going through the same problems nerve pain, vertigo and adhd. Very grateful for your diagnosis and solutions Absolutely spot on🙏

  3. Great video, Dr. Berg! It’s fascinating to see how Vitamin B1 (thiamine) plays such a crucial role in nerve health. Research has shown that thiamine deficiency can lead to significant neurological issues, including peripheral neuropathy and cognitive impairments. In fact, a study published in the *Journal of Neurology* highlighted that thiamine supplementation can improve symptoms in patients with diabetic neuropathy.

Additionally, it’s important to note that while dietary sources like whole grains, legumes, and nuts are excellent for maintaining adequate B1 levels, some individuals may require supplementation, especially those with absorption issues or certain medical conditions.

For anyone looking to support their nerve health, incorporating B1-rich foods and considering a discussion with a healthcare provider about supplementation could be beneficial. Thanks for shedding light on this important topic!

  4. Perfect timing. I was literally just thinking about the increase in neurological problems and their link to so many mental illnesses or nutritional deficiencies with the best ways to resolve them

  5. Good morning from North Dakota, everyone! It’s nice to see us all trying to maintain our health with early morning education from the best doctor ever! 😊

  6. Going all carnivore on Feb 25th in 2024, not only solved my vitamin B deficiencies, but also all of my other deficiencies of vitamins and minerals. This resulted in getting rid of several autoimmune diseases, or at least weakening most of the symptoms. My Polyneuropathy is almost gone now, to mention an example.
Thank you and cheers from Germany! 😊

    • Im going to try mid october 2024 when i get back from my kayak trip…hope it goes well! would love to hear more about how your doing, who follow on yt advice etc.

    • Fruits and veggies and lean meats, olive oil is the way to go. I can’t eat just meat. I need fruit, oranges, green apples, watermelon, honeydew melon, strawberries, grapes, mangos, figs. As far as veggies, asparagus, beets, avocado, zucchini, . Lean meats and lots of fish! Baked fish for sure with lemon and peppers! Yum!!!

  7. Excellent explanation. As someone who has been coping with many of these symptoms B1 works wonders. Thank you, Dr Berg 💯

  8. Following your instructions and now I can sleep. Burning feet was a nightmare for me. I used to get scared of bed time, because I knew now my feet would hurt me. Thanks Doctor. Grateful to you.

    • My mom is having osteophyte formation at multiple sites of lumbosacral region.what does that mean? Is it the sign of bone metastasis from breast?….

    • I have some nerve damage from some nasty autoimmune/dysautonomia from a gut infection that I’m dealing with and I agree. The burning feet at night is a nightmare. I’ve been on a really good multivitamin with solid methylated b vitamins and I’ve noticed a difference for sure. The healing will be a slow process, but doing better day by day… 👍👍

    • you followed instructions on a video posted 10 hours ago and saw immediate results? dr berg botting his comments i see

  9. I started a regimen not too long ago that includes B1 (the fat soluble form Benfotiamine), R-Alpha-Lipoic Acid, Folate, P-5-P, L-Citrulline, and Acetyl L-Carnitine. Combined with a reduced carb diet, it seems to be working. The problem is that nerve repair can take months, so it’s not for the impatient.

  10. Good morning Dr Berg, I had some of these symptoms in past, I started taking B1 that was a game changer. Thank you Sir.

  11. I was a mild insomniac afraid to go to bed every night and I saw a past video about B1 from Dr. Berg. I thought what the hell I tried everything. Fast forward I actually look forward to going to sleep now. I’m tearing up because that chapter in my life has finally passed. I can finally be the mom I want to be. Thank you Dr. Berg.

    • @@mannegar7650 B1, Magnesium Lycinate Glycinate Chelate, Probiotics with Acidophilus. Also blue light glasses for watching tv at night. Also walking during the day so I’m physically more tired at night. Good luck! Remember, it’s just a phase. I’m rooting for you whoever you are.

    • @@mannegar7650I believe “lisa, above commenter” mentioned it was vitamin B1 that Dr. Berg was just speaking about in the video.

    • I am not the same person but I use Benfotiamine from Doctors Best and magnesium glycinate from the same brand. Both are recommended from dr Berg and they worked really well for me@@mannegar7650

  12. I want to thank you Dr. Berg. I have had debilitating O.C.D. And psychosis most of my adult life. By your advice I came to cut out carbohydrates and added nutritional yeast and inositol )I also used your B complex but no longer) and now feel the best I have ever felt. I am now managing my symptoms instead of being ruled by them. I am almost 50 and most of my life was spent suffering in a most extreme manner, and now I would say I have some relief. I never would have sorted this out without your help and advice. Thank you so much for the work you do disseminating information. You are very appreciated and loved. Thank you ♡

  13. Testimony! I was having severe neuropathy down one of my arms, but mostly on my face. It really freaked me out. I watched a video a year ago from Dr. Berg. Talking about the benefits of Benfotiamine. I started taking 300 mg in the morning. And 300 mg at dinner. Within three months all of my symptoms were completely gone. Now I just take 300 mg at dinner for maintenance. I’ve experienced no neuropathy since then. The one that I take is Doctors Best found on Amazon.

  14. Dr Berg has changed my life! I took one vitamin B1 pill and felt better within a short period of time. Infinitely grateful. Never in a million years would I have thought about taking vitamin B1 before I saw this video.
