  2. What does Dr. William Harris think about the hyped C15:0 fatty15? And is there a way to have that measured in dried blood together with the omega 3 index and other fatty acids (then I would do it if the price is reasonable)? Unfortunately I could not find this in the interview, as it would be interesting to hear the opinion of this expert in fatty acids.

  6. I thought the interviewee (the guest) was at some parts unconvincing about his claim that omega-3 supplement oxidation was a non-issue.

  7. isn’t his argument that omega 3s should be higher… while also saying omega 6s should be higher kind of speaking out of both sides of the mouth? That’s just math
