Your kidneys are remarkable organs. But, they’re vulnerable to damage from various foods and substances, which can lead to serious health issues.

7 foods that destroy the kidneys:

1. Instant noodles
Instant noodles often contain the preservative TBHQ, which is toxic to the kidneys.

2. Foods high in artificial dyes
Foods like Skittles contain dyes that can wreak havoc on your kidneys.

3. Fried chicken
The combination of high heat, seed oils, and breading in fried chicken can lead to glycation—a process that clogs everything up, especially in the kidneys.

4. Commercial bread
Commercial bread is loaded with potassium bromate, a harmful chemical linked to kidney cancer.

5. Soda
Soda contains phosphoric acid, which is harmful to the kidneys. It’s also high in sugar, which contributes to diabetes—the number one cause of kidney damage.

6. Agave syrup
Often falsely marketed as healthy, agave syrup is high in fructose, which puts immense stress on the liver and kidneys.

7. Cereals
Cereals are packed with refined sugar, seed oil, and refined starch. They also often contain glyphosate, a harmful pesticide.

Kidney disease prevention is key. Avoid bad habits that damage the kidneys, like consuming the foods above, and focus on a diet that supports kidney function.

  2. Before I did carnivore, my urine smelled so bad …lol I couldn’t figure it out. I thought it was my clothes or the bathroom. Increased protein, reduce carbs and all problems went away.

    • Dude, that went away for me too. I also lost all body odor and my teeth seemed to stop getting dirty. No energy issues. I enjoy beer, however my alcohol dependance drastically reduced, and I have never felt more sane in my life. I’d like to get back on carnivore, but my doctor wants me to do more of a Mediterranean diet due to my cholesterol being high. I’d love him to watch Dr. Berg’s video of the good and bad LDL cholesterol, as my triglycerides were indeed low and my HDL was high, which indicates the LDL should be good.

    • @CLYDESDALEDUBD  don’t listen to him Dr. Mercola explained years ago that cholesterol is needed for the brain. At this point, I don’t trust too much of doctors’ opinions , they have an agenda that’s being pushed. All the things you said happened to me also. Teeth plack comes off in chunks , rashes cleared up , dizziness went away and rib cramps are gone. I couldn’t work out cause I cramped so bad from the depletion of minerals , a side effect of meds.

    • @@Avatheskibidiaplphadog I agree. I did not feel bad at all during that time I was doing carnivore. The teeth thing you mentioned was true with me too. Chunks of calculus just came off from my teeth. I have eczema and all of my rashes went away. They are still gone now months after stopping.

  3. I used to eat, all of these. I was never my authentic self, I could barely be myself under the thrall of corporately induced consumption of junk food.

Thank you for this! Thank you, always!

    • This is a scarcity mindset showing up. There is plenty you can eat that will heal you and much much more you can eat that will Disease you up. It’s simply a choice. And a choice most people around the world simply don’t get. As you get healthy, you will also see things positively and in abundance since your body won’t be in survival and fear constantly from your lifestyle choices. Best of health to you friend!

    • @@bnygma28so true, a person only feels they can’t eat anything anymore when they’ve been too used to having too much of the bad things in their diet, before learning about quality food. They all can be substituted by natural and much better tasting, delicious foods.

  4. Anytime I think that I can’t make to 18 hours fast….
