    • First thing In the morning…..do not eat for two hours after drinking the lemon water ….do not use ice either.
      It works wonders!

    • @@njww2011 afaik that’s not how its works, suppose u take iron supp, u want to create acidic environment for it so u take smthn like vit c or citrus that would increase ur stomach ph then u eat or take supplement w that acidic environment, having 2h gap wouldn’t work cmiamw..

  1. As a bartender, I always start my day at work with lemon water with salt and keep my tumbler in the chiller and that’ll be my water for the whole shift.

  4. I add a tbsp of acv to my lemon water, and I add a scoop of Raspberry Lemon electolytes. Is that ok? It tastes great!

  5. I was drinking freshly squeezed lemon in water nearly everyday. I started getting pain in my arms and body. What could cause this?

  7. I take a concoction of warm lemon water,black pepper, cayenne pepper and soursop. Somthing has really changed in my body, i hardly get sick these days.

  8. Lemons are great for arthritis! Yrs ago I read a book called ” I cured my arthritis you can too”. And I started out using 6 fresh lemons in a bottle of water and drank just it for 6-7 days and then that with adding in a fruit, then that with adding veggies etc.
    If you felt pain your body was allergic to that food. It was hard at first, but then it really helps to cleanse your body of all the bad stuff we put in it and I felt fantastic! I really need to do it again and stick with it.
    I couldn’t have things fried (probably because of the seed oils dr Berg talks about) and I had a hard time with hamburger, I could do lean steak, but hamburger my stomach would hurt and then I’d have arthritis act up.
    So yes lemons are a miracle fruit imo!!!
