  2. I think we will reach over 125 in my lifetime. Only the past 25-30 years have many of us really started taking care of ourselves and take advantage of each new realization as it arises. The cumulative benefits may well show up in the next 25-30 years.

    • Highly unlikely if you live in the west. Far too many toxins in all the foods, cosmetics, soaps, soil, water, air, clothing, vaccines, everything really.

  3. Can confirm. During covid, I supplemented iron & ended up with myocarditis, low hormones, shrunken testicles & penis etc. And no, I didn’t get the shot. All of these symptoms were reversed with chelation therapy.

  4. I had nephritis at six years old, and almost passed away from, but survived. My life has had lots of issues relating to fatigue.

  5. How do you switch from strength training to vo2 max focus and how do you do that like how does your training schedule change for each? If you’re doing 3 days strength training, 2 vo2 max and 1 hiit like you’ve mentioned before do you take/recommend creatine? This is my new schedule idk if I should take or not or change to strength focus at times

    • Depends on total intake from all foods (make a free Cronometer account and add your average daily diet for an easy way to calculate) and supplements. Though ideal would be doing blood tests.

  6. Misleading title.
I thought that’s a 40 min video only about “supplements that may harm your heart”…

  7. I’ve started supplementing with glycine lately and it’s been quite good for improving my sleep (more deep sleep), where could one buy that in bulk in europe ?

  8. Outstanding video as usual, thanks for alerting us to glycine vs methionine ratios, something to work on for me for sure, already on TMG, collagen, magnesium bisglycinate, eggs, bone broth doing about 15g glycine a day (to combat high methionine from mostly chicken breast in recomp phase) but dumb question: worried if too many methyl donors (methylated vitamins, tmg) convert homocysteine to methionine (awesome) but won’t that increase my methionine/glycine ratio? I think I need to read one of ur books that I’ve heard goes into detail on this or if someone can refer me to siim video on this…👊🙌💪also btw can’t find link to longevity leap audio version, eagerly awaiting 🙏

  9. With regard to ‘stretching’…..you gave the answer of a young man, i.e., quite inadequate w.r.t. the aging body. As a 71 year old – and still lean, muscular….and flexible – I can tell you that what I call ‘creative stretching’ is absolutely critical for healthy aging. I was a gymnast up until I was 40, and have maintained much of my flexibility from that time. But what I’ve found especially important entering my 50s, 60s and now beyond is the necessity of maintaining flexibility in hips, ankles, lower back and shoulders….and in *breaking down a lifetime of sports related scar tissue*. Scar tissue in hips, shoulders, lower back and ankles is almost inevitable even if you haven’t had specific injuries in these areas. And most ‘sports therapists’, and certainly most doctors, simply don’t get the concept of how prevalent and inexorable is this process…and that…*it can largely be reversed*; this by finding stretching exercises (the ‘creative’ part) that address your particular issue…and then applying the stretching / breakdown of this scar tissue usually over several months. It takes time and patience, but the effort is totally worth it. Today I move like a young athlete, whilst I see most around me, even ten, even twenty years younger….shuffling etc. ……….So, moral of the story: Yes, don’t overdo stretching, but certainly as you hit middle age and beyond, make stretching of key joints an essential part of your routine, otherwise it won’t matter how good is your muscle tone….or how healthy your arteries are….if you can’t, you know, actually move.

  10. Hi Siim, quick question for you. I wanted your opinion regarding iron. If one is consuming a lot of red meat and that is their main source of protein, wouldn’t that expose the consumer too high iron levels given that’s what red meat is high in?
