    • You won’t know these things unless you try them or talking about it with someone who has. There are more people who have benefits than are not. 📜🍃💚

  3. I took a shot of fire cider (apple cider vinegar tonic) three times a day for 3 months and killed the tooth infection I had that the dentist wanted to do a root canal on. No root canal and I’m 10 years past.

  4. I stopped doing this as it wasn’t helping me lose weight, I started eating less carbs and more protein and I lost over 40 pounds of weight.

    • You will not just magically lose weight by drinking ACV, it may help tho. And it’s not the only reason to drink it… Finding the root cause (as you did) sounds more reasonable to me.

    • Exactly I did apple cider vinegar every day for almost 2 years. It did nothing for me, cut out the refined sugars stop eating bread I’m 45 years old. I’ve also lost over 40 pounds and I’ve been packing on Muscle again and I have energy. I feel like I’m about 24 years old, maybe 25 but way younger than I am.

    • I’m happy to know that I’m not the only one who acv did nothing to me. I stopped drinking it.☹️

  5. 3 tbsp ACV, 1-2 tbsp organic lemon juice, Ceylon cinnamon, 8oz of water every morning for 2 weeks so far. I’ve already had a handful of compliments about weight loss! 😎 good stuff!

    Recommend not buying Braggs the company was sold and the original original recipe isn’t the same
    I switched to Fairchild’s apple cider vinegar
    I also feel like it makes me constipated, but I up my celery juice that I make daily if I find that an issue 🙏🙏🙏

  8. After following your posts on apple cider vinegar I had following issues

    Acid reflux
    Fatty liver
    Uric acid
    Bloating

    Now I have recovered from pre diabetes lost weight of 19 kilos in a year with exercise reduced uric acid and also improved joint pain
    Also eat less during day but still recovering from fatty liver

  9. I can confirm that from my own experience. I suffered from extreme bloating after meals for several months. After having started drinking ACV (I take 2 spoons + several drops of lemon) before meals, all bloating was gone. 👍

    • I wish I’d have thought about that last night after I ate and then treated myself to some Coffee flavored Hagen Das icecream…ugh I felt pregnant 😂
      (It was my own fault I over ate which I NEVER do).
