  1. Not enough practitioners discuss the seriousness of the mind/body connection and not enough people recognize emotional injuries as legitimate harms that often develop into physical ailments.

  2. I used to have a very good friend. He was married to his wife for nearly 50 years. He wife had a stoke and was in the hospital for about a week and then passed away. Three days later my friend then had a stroke himself and also passed away.

  3. My grandma died of a broken heart, about a month after my pop passed. She seemed fine otherwise, she told us “ I just wanna go be with pop” and she died. They were married for over 60 years ❤

  4. I didn’t go through a heart attack but I could feel my heart physically hurt after my worst breakup. I’m now twice the size in muscle, eat healthier, don’t drink, workout/meditate daily, practice boxing/martial arts and stopped dating/talking to any form of feminist/liberal woman and my life has been exponentially better. 🙏

    • Good for you, feminist liberals are crazy. My husband are different but agree on what matters. God, our marriage, kids and kindness to others. Well more me on the kindness lol😅. But you get the gist. I think it’s amazing you’re living better and healthier. Definitely take your time when you feel ready to date again and be picky. There are more and more women who are turning to a more simple way of life and choosing to live without so much physical crap. Kinda minimalist like but definitely wanting to get back to the making things in life from scratch. There’s a whole world of women working to get back to God and nature if they’ve not already gotten there. Apologies for the long reply I just have 1 piece of advice for you and I’ve seen it work many times. Carry yourself with confidence in your abilities and looks. There’s nothing more attractive than a man who carries himself with confidence. Unfortunately there’s a fine line, be careful not to get cocky.   5. I can vouch for this video. I lived a life in the state of fight or flight. A decade ago when I began working on my mental health and physical health through exercise and change of processed foods to fresh, I slowly healed. The last 50% of stress I got rid of a year ago was to get rid of the medical doctors and institutions and took my life and health back and began healing myself.

  6. When my mom died 3 years ago I didn’t even shed a tear. I didn’t feel anything. It was like I was numb. Well, her Birthday is the day before mine. Several months ago was my birthday, and I didn’t feel right. Also, at that time my brother and I were going to bury her. Yes, it took that much time. We had her cremated, and I had her remains. When we went to get a gravestone. We had to order it. I came down with a bug. I didn’t feel right. I went to my doctor and I was talking to her and I just lost it right there. I bawled like a baby. I missed my mom so much. All that stress made me sick. Once I cried and let it out I got better.

  7. My grandparents died within months of each other. I’m grateful my father finally got out of his house after Mom passed away. He found a friend who I attribute to his longer life expectancy. I believe in broken heart syndrome!

  8. This is true actually. My mother went into a coma and the doctors said she could not survive. My father had 3 heart attacks that started the next day. They were then in ICU together.

    • How can I know for sure though? My dad and I agreed whoever dude first would send signs to the other but nothing really :/

  10. Lost my 3 dogs from different sudden ailments within months of each other and my mother shortly after. I went into a deep depression that took me over 2 years to get over with.

    I also dumped my ex during that time, who felt neglected because he wasn’t getting all the attention and he had to for once do things himself. Divorce added to the stress. I suffered one cardiac episode towards the end of those two years. Fortunately, shortly after, I discovered Keto and I slowly came out of depression and my health improved dramatically. Plus, I never realized how toxic my marriage was until I was free. It took me another 2 years not to tense up from hearing a noise thinking he was about to enter the room.

I am fortunate to still be here, but a lot of people aren’t so fortunate. Thank you, Dr. Berg for making us aware of this.

    • My mother-in-law had this as well when my spouse died 10 years ago. It’s very real and especially prominent in postmenopausal women

  12. It even happens to pets. A close friend of mine died a few months ago of a heart attack after several years of heartbreaking losses. His beloved kitty Spooky died suddenly just five days later, presumably of a heart attack. They had been completely devoted to one another; she didn’t want to go on without her dad. 😢

  13. I used to think it was a myth when people died from a broken heart 💔 but after watching this video it makes complete sense.
