Thanks, Siim! Do you use a Niacinamide lotion?
Siim, have a suggestion for an Astaxanthin and Hyaluronic Acid Supp?
Hey siim, what are your thoughts on coq10 supplement for mitochondrial function? Not sure if you have made any videos about it but didnt find any, would be cool to hear your thoughts on it.
I agree. I also would like to know your thoughts on this.
It’s good for fatigue and inflammation
i would combine coq10 with ALA and creatine for metabolic function based on a video I seen recently. Forget which doctor was talking about funding their own research on just that.
have you looked at tallow apply to skin face and hands for moisturiser.I use it loves it allways use if out in sun again with moderate sun not in strong sun .I see many more are using this also ,face allways feels so hydrated and good
I haven’t used but have heard about it
@SiimLand ok cool maybe something might get to look at in future
if you don’t ingest seed oils and or processed chemicals corps call food. you shouldn’t need/use a sunscreen. SUN is the best health “supplement” for your body. please dont try and block the sun form your skin. if you burn in the sun, check your diet and vids on why. just trying to help and yes Tallow is great natural product for cooking and moustier.
You keep glowing up. What an inspiration! Tysm!
Thanks for watching!
I’m not convinced that glycine and collagen aren’t redundant. Glycine is more important and cheaper, collagen is broken down to its parts in the gut. Taurine is also cheap and relevant to skin health. It accelerates the endogenous synthesis of hyaluronic acid. I’ve taken glycine and taurine for a few months. My skin feels great. Scars and burns that are years old have faded. HA sounds best for short term treatment to reverse deep wrinkles.
Glycine is the most important amino acid in collagen for sure
Collagen isn’t fully broken down to amino acids, some of it is absorbed as di or tripeptides, so there is a mechanistic explanation as to how it can aid the skin
@@SiimLandwhy doesn’t Bryan Johnson take glycine? 🤔
How much Glycine and Taurine do you take?
Doesnt Niacinamide restrict Sirtuins?
Thanks for the video. Can you do a video about the effect of collagen for hair growth?
Glycine question I currently have always just taken 3g at night…how are you spacing out your 10g throughout the day?
I take 3 g at noon, 3 g with food and 3 in the evening
This video is GOLD. Fun fact, I have niacinamide at home, it is supposed to protect mucosa in gut from NSAIDs and possibly other negative factors.
Thanks for the insight!
Why isn’t MSM on this list? Studies done years ago showed that improved skin quality/reduced wrinkle depth when taken as a supplement.
Collagen peptides and concentrate hydronic acid powder, additional aesthetic ultherapy does help to lift up the skin
Excellent! Thank you!
I started taking glycine over a decade ago after listening to Stephanie Seneff. Her papers show that glyphosate is getting into proteins by mistake in place of glycine in place of the coding amino acid glycine. It impacts mitochondria and gut health. I began taking glycine to help over compensate for the confusion in the body. Hopefully, it helps 🙏
Question: I have small reactions to niacinamide such as asthma or itching of skin when taken internally. It seems I am having a side effect. I fully believe in the benefits of niacinamide and do not know why or how to prevent this type of reaction. Perhaps it’s the brand. Unsure.
Tretinoin is all most people need (vitamin a) for healthy skin and sunscreen and mild cleanser…that’s it, this list is bonus and the results might be negligible
Tretinoin is good, but it works synergistically with the other things in this list. Also after 50 tretinoin is not enough for wrinkles, even 0.1%
How about elastin peptides? It’s almost as important as collagen when it comes to combating skin aging. Hydrolyzed elastin from marine or bovine sources should work similarly to collagen supplements.
Siim, should one avoid taking astaxanthin on days of peak muscle hypertrophy, if as I understand strong antioxidants bunt mtor activation and this reduce gains? I think in another video you mentioned something like this related to quercetin (or sulfurophane?).
Some people might like to better understand how to strike the balance between longevity and adding muscle mass. Or instead of balance, is it better done in binary, such as focusing purely on muscle gains and allowing inflammation for x years until mass goal is reached, and only the switching to regular antioxidant consumption?
This becomes more pressing for middle-aged who are challenged to build muscle mass and have fewer years to do so, but are also likely less resilient to the negative effects of inflammation.

It’s not gay to have a skincare routine as a man. Most women have a skincare routine, but they lack the lifestyle factors and health knowledge and concentrate on appearance only. If you expand your knowledge about skincare and base it on science, while coming from the biohacking/longevity community, you will have a great advantage over the average people who is into skincare.
As for topical ingredients (in creams, gels, serums, etc), look into: Tretinoin, niacinamide (between 2-5%), Vitamin C(+Vitamin E+Ferulic Acid combo), ceramids, copper peptide, peptides in general, AHA and BHA acids, sunscreens. If you combine most of these into a skincare routine, while taking the supplements Siim described and ofc live healthy life, you will look a lot younger.
We’ll call it closeted then.
Wow you managed to be offensive to both women and gays in just one comment
@@niels9565 You sound like a typical beta male soy boy.
How about what to avoid; such as the toxic seed oils and things made with them like mayonnaise dressings etc. As well high polyunsaturated fats are also found in 🐖 🐔 in high amounts due to the animal diets. These fragile lipids are highly prone to oxidation and contribute to inflammation and aging
What’s a good hyaluronic acid oral supplement (pill or powder) available in USA or Canada?
Youre doing really great job Siim
