  1. Yes Dr Berg,as you have advised I have taken magnesium every day.Magnezium is very helpful for me ❤

  2. Exercise eats up everything. Must replenish plenty. Meal shankes after workouts are best because they are soft and easier to breakdown and absorb after hard activity

    • @@bushrahhh569 I would suspect yes. I have heard that there are many different types of yoga. But any kind of exercise or meditative exercise too. Even slower exercises….so to speak.. use up some types of nutritional reserves.

  3. Thank you for the info on the muscles. I started taking Magnesium way back in 1993 for Vertigo & still taking it till this day. For me it has really helped. 😊

  4. I am definitely going to try this. I much prefer listening to Dr. Berg than going to a medical facility. They often prescribe pharmaceutical products, which makes me very nervous. But when it comes to vitamins, I can try them and see if they work without being too concerned about side effects.

    • @@thesolidsnek8096 Dr. Berg’s vitamins aren’t available in the country where I live. I bet you didn’t know that there are other brands.

    • @@thesolidsnek8096wouldn’t you rather get vitamins from a trusted brand? It makes sense that Dr Berg sells the products we all need.

In addition to the post above, Dr Berg recommends other companies’ products. For most, if not all of the recommendations he says he doesn’t receive kickbacks for the specific product.

  5. I spray a magnesium chloride solution on my skin which works great. As our Mediterranean summers are very hot, I noticed I got into a state of stress. Sweating so much reduced my magnesium and getting more brought me into such a relaxation again

  6. That explains everything. I exercise a lot, and I never understood why, after a long workout, I don’t feel sleepy at all. My body is drained, but my mind is still kicking

    • I’m not a doctor so take my advice with a grain of salt.
Magnesium glucinate and magnesium citrate are almost the same.
The glycinate one is more bioavailable for our body, while the citrate one is mostly used if you can’t go to the bathroom

  7. @Drberg Hello doc, ever since your video on vitamins d3, k2 and magnesium I realized that I’ve been supplementing wrongfully! I was only taking 9000 I.U. d3, neglecting the necessary k2 quantities needed to utilize the calcium that floods your blood because of the heightened d3 intake. So I have added about 135 micrograms of k2 and about 450 milligrams of magnesium glycinate.

The first day I took these my body entered a very calm state. It was almost as if I had taken opioids, I was at peace with everything, no pain, pure bliss and calmth. I checked my bp and it was at 105 sys to 66 dia and a pulse of 67, my bp has never been this low!

Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! A thousandfold, had it not been for your videos, I would’ve continued harming myself due to the calcium buildup from erroneous supplementation!

Just now do I realize how severe my lack of efficient magnesium levels have been! God bless.

  8. DR BERG, AS ALWAYS GREAT INFORMATION!! QUESTION ❓.. Dr Berg, can one take an additional vitamin D3 2,000 to 5,000 IU daily and a vitamin B complex with your magnesium glycinate supplement? The reason I’m asking is because I do take a vitamin B complex add vitamin D3 5000 IU on a daily basis. So basically will taking your magnesium glycinate supplement be okay with me taking that additional B complex and vitamin D3 that I take?

  9. I’ve been taking this for 2 weeks and it’s the first supplement I’ve ever taken that I can actually tell it’s working.

  10. Hey Doc, I have been on Magnesium Glycenate for 3 weeks now, I feel Better, Stopped stressful dreams, 250 mg. In morning, 250 mg before bedtime, I know you said at night, pills are big. Is this OK. Thanks 😊

  11. Is this the same magnesium that helps with kidney stones? My husband has severe stone pain and blames it on protein powder (maybe excess protein?) appreciate any inputs Dr. Berg!
