Vitamin B1 (thiamine) can be found in whole grains, legumes, pork, nuts, seeds, vegetables (like asparagus and spinach), fruits (such as oranges and watermelon), dairy products, and fish (including tuna and trout).
My honey eats none of those. Seriously, when she passed a kidney stone (due to isolates in almonds and Diet Coke) she stopped eating everything but fake yogurt and salads. She walks 5 miles a day, looks great but he skin, hair and muscle tone…
