Allulose is my favorite sweetner, but it does brown more quickly and can cause the burnt looking result you got. When the top gets golden lay a sheet of aluminum foil loosely over the pan to prevent “burning”. Don’t tuck the aluminum down or you will steam the baked good.

My daughter is allergic to almonds and cinnamon. I would love to know how to use oat flour instead? I know oat flour isnβt low carb. Or using all coconut flour. I really want to get back into low carb, but itβs really hard making two meals yes with groceries being so expensive. I have reverted to old ways of cooking.
What’s another low calorie flour that I can use? I’m allergic to almonds. So I can’t do any tree nuts.

I love pumpkin bread and I’m so glad you made a low carb version. There is a cranberry orange bread mix I used to buy it is not low carb could it be possible for you to do a low carb version of cranberry orange bread.
