  2. Is there something you can do (except food/exercise) to mitigate risk of elevated Lp(a) ? Cycling on/off small doses of aspirin for instance.
    (Super interesting video btw thanks Siim Land)

  3. Good show. But some day, there might be discussion about why the primal living Kitavans (Papua, New Guinea) ‘smoked like chimneys’ yet weren’t much affected by heart disease. See the work done by Dr Steffan Lindeberg, published ~2010.

    I do not smoke nor defend smoking, But there is some valuable lesson there which goes completely ignored. Perhaps the answer is in physical activity and not-overeating.
