  1. I have been drinking it for the past 4 years. Everyday, empty stomach . I take a glass of lukewarm water, one lemon squeezed and a pinch of salt & turmeric powder….

    I like it and it’s good for me.

  5. I agree I have it with Apple cider vinegar too and now use a straw. I just wish I knew to use a straw in the past as i think these videos should warn people about acid on the teeth. 😊

    • I have been drinking lemon water for years, it has not effected my teeth in any negative way… Rather I have not seen a dentist in 10years, with 4 extraction, 10 fillings and more.. maybe effect of green tea, my teeth has never been this healthy 😊

    • If you’re drinking it straight, it isn’t good for your stomach either. I do the lemon and ACV too but dilute it in 8oz coconut water.

  6. I’ve been juicing my lemons and making 1 TBS lemon ice cubes. Every morning I mix 1 TBS of ACV, 1 lemon ice cube & a scoop of electrolytes; filling the rest of my glass with water. It gives me a very good boost for my day’s production!

  7. Nice! Thanks to Doctor Berg, I make my own “Brondo” mix daily: lemon, apple cider vingar, pink salt, electrolytes, zinic, ascorbic acid, & yes, brewers-yeast, all in powder form, stirred in water. This plus 3 tablespoons of cod liver oil. THANKS DOC!!

  10. I started drinking lemon water everyday about 4 months ago
    I haven’t really noticed any change in my health but it has made it easier for me to drink water. I went from drinking almost no water at all to about 60 oz or more a day easily because of the taste. I trust that the lemon water is having a positive effect on my health in ways I just can’t see. I was hoping it would help with my constipation but so far nothing has.

    • Add more lemons and it will help.
      I mentioned last time he did a longer video on lemon that it helps with arthritis.
      Put the juice of several lemons in a tumbler of water and drink it through out the day and it should help.

  11. This is great advice Dr. Berg. I put two tblsps. of lemon juice and one tblsp. of apple cider vinegar in my glass of sparkling mineral water every single day. It just makes me feel really good. 😊👌👍
