I make something very similar but instead of chives, I use broccoli and I just throw it in the oven or crockpot, I don’t mix anything n it comes out great and I’ll add ranch seasoning and add the bacon last bcuz I like it crunchy. I make another one with Rotel tomatoes n cumin but no broccoli. They’re both delicious n my kids n grandkids love both

  3. Mayra I’m definitely going to start making your low carb meals everyday so I can eat different meals and I like the way you take your time and explain everything and easy to make recipes. Thank you so much for this recipe I’m a type 2 diabetic and I’m definitely making this and will add small pieces of broccoli florets and walmart brand cauliflower rice because their brand does not have that strong cauliflower taste it’s just like eating white rice.

  5. Making this!! I’m adding broccoli and potatoes cause I eat potatoes but I MIGHT add pureed cottage cheese instead of mayo just to cut the fat and add protein. Love your recipes!
