  2. Out of the 100s of supplements which I have bought, each with their alleged 10s of benefits, I have never experienced even a single benefit from any of them. So, I’ll just stick to the time-proven methods of good food, fasting, exercise, sleep, meditation, etc…

    • All supplements are toxic because they’re processed with petroleum derivatives (kerosene most notably), Siim doesn’t take this into account though. Good on you for ditching the harmful scam that is supplements.

    • ​@dragonfishing If you’re that interested, how about, you name it, and I’ll give it a “yes” or “no”. Sorry to speak ill of your beloved supps. Given that supplements provide 10s, 100s, or 1000s of times more nutrients, than can be gotten through food alone, there should be people who are 10s, 100s, or 1000s of times more healthy, than those who recieve their nutrition through food alone, and yet, there are no such people — you can’t single people out, and say, “damn, now that is definitely a person who takes supplements!”…

  3. Could you please do a video on apigenin? I am specifically wondering whether to take it morning or night. It seems to act by inhibiting an enzyme that breaks down NAD. That being the case, I could see an argument for morning (general rise in NAD levels) or evening (promotes recycling of NAD). It doesn’t make me too sleepy. Thoughts?
