  3. Don’t know if you have an instant pot but it makes the best hard boiled eggs. We do 1 & 1/2 dozen at a time with our own chickens eggs and even fresh day old eggs peel soooo easy.

  8. I love tomatoes with eggs too. I heat up a little butter in a skillet. When it is nice and bubbly I add slice tomatoes just briefly, flip and out, sprinkle with s&p. Yum! Works with cherry tomatoes too, sliced in half.
